Imagine, It is 4pm at work and you have read the same line four times. Brain fog, out of focus, and feeling flacid. But you know you have to keep going. Believe us, coffee, is not the answer. Your breathing is.
Try Yadom. Twist the cap. Hold it a couple of centimetres from your nose. Breathe in. Instant cooling calm. Eyes wide. Then a pause, short and quiet. Welcome back to yourself.
Relaxes, Focused; 0 to 100, in 3 seconds flat. And 100% herbal.
It lives in your pocket, on the desk, or in the gym bag. It is not medicine. Not caffeine. Not nicotine. Nothing synthetic.
A small jar. A bold herbal aroma. A very real “wait, what is that?” object.
What is inside, and what you will feel?
15 botanicals. Most inhalers use four.
Here is what you smell, in the order you notice it.
The cold hit. Menthol. Camphor. Borneol. Bhimsen Camphor. Four cooling aromatics layered so the cold arrives sharp and then holds. This is the part that widens your eyes.
The clearing. Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil. Peppermint Leaf. The wide, green, open window note. Your nose knows it before your brain does.
The Indian floor. Tulsi. Ginger. Lemongrass. It is the single biggest reason Yadom smells like something rather than just cold.
The warm edge. Clove. Cinnamon Bark. Star Anise. Bay Leaf. Spice rack aromatics that round the sharpness off, so a deep inhale feels full instead of thin.
The soft landing. Lavender. Orange Peel. The last thing you notice after the cold. Bright, then quiet.
How to Use
- Open - Twist the cap off. Do not tip it, do not shake it. Everything stays where it is.
- Inhale - Hold the jar two to five centimetres away from one nostril. Near it, never inside it. Breathe in slowly, once or twice. Then the other side. Go gentle on the first go. It is stronger than it looks and almost everyone takes one enthusiastic lungful and immediately regrets it.
- Reset - Take the pause. That is the whole thing. Then get on with your day.
Do Note This
Yadom is a herbal aroma product, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition and it is not a substitute for medical advice. If something is actually wrong, please see a doctor.
For external aromatic use only. Never swallow the contents. Keep the jar closed and well out of reach of children. Camphor and menthol are safe to inhale and are not safe to eat, and a small child cannot tell the difference between a jar of herbs and a jar of something else.
Keep it away from your eyes. Store it cool, dark and capped.

“NO MORE POST LUNCH SLUMP.” I used to be very out of focus from 4 to 4.30 because I knew I would be useless. Now it lives next to my monitor and I take one inhale between calls. Cold, quick, done. Three weeks in and I am more relaxed and focused than ever.

“Better than coffee, and it does not wreck my sleep.” Deep work sessions are the whole job. Around hour three I would start rereading the same function. I keep one on the desk and one in the backpack now. One inhale and I am back in it, no jitter, nothing at 1am keeping me up.

“Six client meetings, four cities, one jar in my shirt pocket.” Field sales means you are in a traffic jam, then a lift, then someone’s boardroom, all in forty minutes. I used to walk in still carrying the traffic. Now I take one before I ring the bell. Head clears, I am present. It has replaced the cigarette I used to have between meetings.

“It has become part of the warm up.” Before the third set, before a sparring round, one inhale and everything gets loud and clear at the same time. Cold hits, head snaps in, and I stop thinking about the day. Excellent on a long ride.

“Got me through finals without living on Monsters or Red Bulls.” Hostel, I was on two Red Bulls a night and my sleep was destroyed. Switched to this. It genuinely wakes something up, but it is not caffeine, so I could still crash at 3 and get up at 8. Love from Christ University.

“Three seconds is about all I get, so it is perfect.” Between school runs, meals, homework and a toddler, there is no window for anything. I keep one in the kitchen and one in my bag. One inhale in the middle of the noise and I feel like a person again for a second.

Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Yadom is a Thai word. Ya means medicine. Dom means to inhale.
Put together, it means the medicine you smell.
In Thailand the herbal inhaler is not a niche object. It is ordinary life. It sits by the till in every convenience store. The Thai Ministry of Public Health lists it as a household medicine. More than nine in ten Thai households keep one within reach.
We took the honesty of that idea and rebuilt it on Indian ground.
Because India did not borrow this. India has been doing it for two thousand years. Camphor appears in the Charaka Samhita and the Sushruta Samhita as an aromatic that clears the channels and settles the mind. The Ashtanga Hridayam describes its use in one of the five great Panchakarma procedures, all because the nose is the doorway to the head.
You know the everyday version even if you have never read a word of it. Kapoor lit at the doorway. Tulsi in the courtyard. The eucalyptus steam bowl and the towel over your head. Balm on the temples before a long drive. Someone opening a hing dabba and holding it under a fainting relative’s nose at a wedding. India just never got a version worth carrying. Until now.
Open. Inhale. Reset.
Your nose is the shortest route into your own head.
Every other sense you have (sight, sound, touch, taste) routes through the thalamus first, a kind of switchboard that decides where the signal goes next. Smell is the only sense that skips it. Signals from your nose travel to the olfactory bulb and then straight into the limbic system, the amygdala and hippocampus, the parts of the brain that handle emotion and memory.
It is the reason a scent can change how you feel. The cold you feel is not temperature. It is a switch being flipped.
Menthol activates a receptor called TRPM8, the same receptor your body uses to detect actual cold. That signal travels along the trigeminal nerve, the main sensory nerve of your face, which is why a good inhale feels like a physical event rather than a nice smell.
That same activation is associated with a shift in alertness. In controlled studies, people exposed to peppermint aroma performed better on sustained attention and memory tasks and reported feeling more alert than people in unscented conditions. One randomised study of 144 participants found peppermint aroma improved memory and raised subjective alertness. Another found peppermint essential oil improved performance on a demanding attention task and reduced reported fatigue.
Cold receptor on. Trigeminal nerve firing. Attention sharpening. Three seconds.
One honest thing nobody in this category will tell you.
Your nose adapts. It is supposed to. The research on menthol shows the effect softens with repeated exposure, which is exactly what happens with your perfume, your home and everything else you meet daily.
So if your jar starts feeling weaker after a few weeks, it has not gone bad and you have not built a tolerance to anything. Your receptors have simply got used to it. Leave it a day and it comes back sharp. Keep two jars in two different places and alternate, and it stays sharp for far longer.
We would rather tell you that up front than let you decide the product stopped working.
Nothing goes into your nose. That is deliberate.
Stick inhalers are designed to be inserted into the nostril. Doing that repeatedly can irritate the lining of your nose, and an inserted inhaler that gets passed around is a genuinely efficient way to move an infection from one person to another.
Yadom is an open jar held at a distance. Nothing touches you. Nothing touches anyone else. You can hand it to a friend on a metro platform and hand it back without either of you thinking about it. Cleaner by design, not by claim.
Shut the cap properly and keep it away from direct sunlight, every time. Aromatics are volatile, smell will walk out of an open jar. This is the number one reason someone thinks their inhaler has gone weak. It has not. It evaporated.
Yes. It contains only natural herbal aromatics - no nicotine, alcohol or synthetic additives - and is made for daily use.
One inhaler lasts hundreds of uses. We ship across India - free over ₹499 - with easy returns on unopened packs.
