4. Product Usage
Please use the product as directed.
Recommended usage:
- Open the cap.
- Hold 2–5 cm from the nostril.
- Inhale gently 1–2 times through each nostril.
- Repeat as needed.
Keep away from eyes and children. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Store in a cool, dark place.

11. Shipping
Orders are usually shipped within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Shipping timelines may vary based on delivery location, courier partner availability, weather, public holidays, operational delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping is free only on:

For Single Unit and Pack of 2, shipping charges will be applied at checkout.
Once an order is shipped, customers may receive tracking details where available.
12. Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on the delivery location and courier partner serviceability.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the order, or inability to contact the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery, where applicable.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the product is delivered to the address provided at checkout.
13. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
To request cancellation, please email care@yadom.life with your order ID as soon as possible.
If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before shipping, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to payment gateway timelines.
14. Returns & Replacements
Due to the personal-use nature of the product, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered or opened.
Replacements are available only in the following cases:
- damaged product received
- defective product received
- wrong item received
- missing item in the order
To request a replacement, please email care@yadom.life within 48 hours of delivery.
Your email should include:
- order ID
- registered email or phone number used while placing the order
- clear photos of the product and packaging
- unboxing video, where available
- short description of the issue
Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
Products must be unused and in their original packaging wherever applicable.
15. Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided for delivered products due to the personal-use nature of the product.
In exceptional cases where a replacement is not possible and the issue is verified by our team, a refund may be processed at our discretion.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, or payment provider.
